Plugin: MirOB: MicroRNA OncoBase pathways

We are the team of data analyzers, biologists and bioinformaticans. The area of our interests lies in the field of personalized medicine and cancer research. The goal of our research is to create a bioinformatic platform that would reflect the complexity of cancer interactome. The base includes MirOB module (MicroRNA OncoBase) and analyzer/visualizer tools. Currently, the Database includes more than 10000 manually curated interactions represented the main human intracellular pathways. A large proportion of the interaction set involved into microRNAs and Transcription Factors Targets networks. A special attention is paid to specific types of human cancers, pathological processes and expression level alterations in cancers. The size of the Database is constantly increasing. We hope that our product will be comprehensive tool for analysis of experimental data in the context of cellular networks in health and disease in the nearest future.
