Dataset: SCFA receptor response

The purpose of this study was to determine the gene expression patterns of the colon of GPR41 KO and GPR43 KO mice in response to ETOH treatment The mice were treated with rectal injection of ETOH. 24 hours later, the colon tissues were harvested and total RNA was isolated for array experiments.
