Dataset: IL-5+ and IL-5- memory Th2

We used microarray analysis to identify specific molecular mechanisms controlling IL-5 transcription in memory Th2 cells. IL-5+ and IL-5- memory Th2 cells were selected for RNA extraction and hybridization on Affymetrix microarrays.
