Dataset: b-AP15, a novel proteasome inhibitor

Microarray based mRNA profiling was used to identify the mechanism of action for the small molecule b-AP15. MCF7 cells were treated with b-AP15 (1µM) or vehicle for 6 hours, followed by RNA isolation and gene expression analysis.
