Dataset: Transcription profiling of cancer cell lines of different origin

Gene expression profile of cancer cell lines of breast, lung, pancreatic, gasctric, ovarian, hepatocellular, prostate carcinomas and melanomas. Experiment Overall Design: Cells were harvested after 24h of seeding. RNA isolation was performed usign Qiagen RNeasy kit. Hybridisation was performed using Affymetrix protocols. No replicate measurements were performed.
