Dataset: Pig Atlas

This dataset displays a survey of gene expression across a wide range of tissues taken from the domestic pig (Sus scrofa) performed by researchers at The Roslin Institute, Edinburgh. The analysis was carried out using a new porcine Affymetrix expression array (Snowball) that has been designed to provide comprehensive coverage of the known pig transcriptome. Data is given as RMA normalised expression values.
