When working for the Cell Migration consortium I used BioGPS most of the time to check that the Cell Migration Knowledgebase plugin still was working. I like the way BioGPS lets me arrange the info I want in a single window. The Cell Migration Gateway has a different approach; it is a one stop shop for everything related to Cell Migration. The grant that payed for my salary finished and now I am working as Bioscience analyst in the Cyberinfrastructure Division at the Virginia Bioinformatics Institute. I would like to make a plugin for the Pathogen portal and PATRIC, but I haven't had time for it.
