Ricardo A. Verdugo

I am a postdoc at the Gary Churchill Group (Jackson Laboratory). I am a member of the Center for Genome Dynamics. I do genetics, genomics, and bioinformatics. I created one bioGPS plugin called CGDTissueSurvey to complement the Gene Atlas data by providing expression measurements on individual mice. My other recent development is HTDAS, a software package to standardize and automate workflows for the analysis of high throughput data.

Thanks to the bioGPS developers. This was a much needed tool.
