The project was based on LC-MS/MS by utilizing of high resolution and high accuracy Fourier transform mass spectrometry. All mass spectrometry data including precursors and HCD-derived fragments were acquired on the Orbitrap mass analyzers in the high-high mode. Currently, the HPM contains direct evidence of translation of a number of protein products derived from over 17,000 human genes covering >84% of the annotated protein-coding genes in humans based on >290,000 non-redundant peptide identifications of multiple organs/tissues and cell types from individuals with clinically defined healthy tissues. This includes 17 adult tissues, 6 primary hematopoietic cells and 7 fetal tissues. The HPM portal provides an interactive web resource by reorganizing the label-free quantitative proteomic data set in a simple graphical view. In addition, the portal provides selected reaction monitoring (SRM) information for all peptides identified.\n\n", "tags": ["atlas", "expression", "proteome"], "url": "http://www.humanproteomemap.org/protein.php?hpm_id={{entrezgene}}", "lastmodified": "2014-05-28 17:27:10", "usage_data": {"layouts": 3.0, "users": 3}, "created": "2014-05-28 17:27:09", "id": 1162, "shortUrl": "www.humanproteomemap.org", "role_permission": ["biogpsusers"], "short_description": "The Human Proteome Map (HPM) portal is an interactive resource for the draft map of the human proteome project", "in": "plugin", "owner": {"username": "asu", "url": "/profile/3/asu", "name": "Andrew Su"}, "permission_style": "public", "type": "iframe", "species": ["human"], "name": "Human Proteome Map"}, {"rating_data": {"avg_stars": 0, "total": 0, "avg": 0}, "options": {"allowedSpecies": ["human", "mouse", "rat"]}, "description": "", "created": "2010-02-11 17:22:21", "url": "http://www.t1dbase.org/page/Overview/display/gene_id/{{EntrezGene}}", "lastmodified": "2011-05-03 22:49:38", "usage_data": {"layouts": 3.0, "users": 3}, "popularity": 3.0, "id": 614, "shortUrl": "www.t1dbase.org", "role_permission": ["biogpsusers"], "short_description": "No summary provided.", "in": "plugin", "owner": {"username": "asu", "url": "/profile/3/asu", "name": "Andrew Su"}, "permission_style": "public", "type": "iframe", "species": ["human", "mouse", "rat"], "name": "T1DBase"}, {"rating_data": {"avg_stars": 0, "total": 0, "avg": 0}, "options": null, "description": "SUPERFAMILY is a database of structural and functional annotation for all proteins and genomes.", "created": "2010-03-25 15:00:01", "url": "http://supfam.org/SUPERFAMILY/cgi-bin/gene.cgi?genome=up;seqid={{Uniprot}}", "lastmodified": "2010-03-25 15:00:01", "usage_data": {"layouts": 3.0, "users": 3}, "popularity": 3.0, "id": 671, "shortUrl": "supfam.org", "role_permission": ["biogpsusers"], "short_description": "SUPERFAMILY is a database of structural and functional annotation for all proteins and genomes.", "in": "plugin", "owner": {"username": "asu", "url": "/profile/3/asu", "name": "Andrew Su"}, "permission_style": "public", "type": "iframe", "species": ["human", "mouse", "rat", "fruitfly", "nematode", "zebrafish", "thale-cress", "frog", "pig"], "name": "Superfamily"}, {"rating_data": {"avg_stars": 0, "total": 0, "avg": 0}, "options": null, "description": "", "created": "2010-05-28 23:48:00", "url": "http://www.labome.com/gene/{{EntrezGene}}", "lastmodified": "2010-05-28 23:48:00", "usage_data": {"layouts": 3.0, "users": 3}, "popularity": 3.0, "id": 710, "shortUrl": "www.labome.com", "role_permission": ["biogpsusers"], "short_description": "No summary provided.", "in": "plugin", "owner": {"username": "asu", "url": "/profile/3/asu", "name": "Andrew Su"}, "permission_style": "public", "type": "iframe", "species": ["human", "mouse", "rat", "fruitfly", "nematode", "zebrafish", "thale-cress", "frog", "pig"], "name": "Labome"}, {"rating_data": {"avg_stars": 0, "total": 0, "avg": 0}, "options": {"allowedSpecies": ["human"]}, "description": "", "created": "2010-06-07 20:42:42", "url": "http://www.cisred.org/human9/gene_view?ensembl_id={{EnsemblGene}}", "lastmodified": "2011-05-03 22:50:35", "usage_data": {"layouts": 3.0, "users": 3}, "popularity": 3.0, "id": 715, "shortUrl": "www.cisred.org", "role_permission": ["biogpsusers"], "short_description": "No summary provided.", "in": "plugin", "owner": {"username": "asu", "url": "/profile/3/asu", "name": "Andrew Su"}, "permission_style": "public", "type": "iframe", "species": ["human"], "name": "cisRED (human)"}, {"rating_data": {"avg_stars": 0, "total": 0, "avg": 0}, "options": {"allowedSpecies": ["human"]}, "description": "Gene pages in Freebase (http://freebase.com).", "created": "2010-08-18 21:00:57", "url": "http://plugins.biogps.org/cgi-bin/freebase.cgi?id={{EntrezGene}}", "lastmodified": "2011-08-26 23:34:21", "usage_data": {"layouts": 3.0, "users": 3}, "popularity": 3.0, "id": 789, "shortUrl": "plugins.biogps.org", "role_permission": ["biogpsusers"], "short_description": "Gene pages in Freebase (http://freebase.com).", "in": "plugin", "owner": {"username": "asu", "url": "/profile/3/asu", "name": "Andrew Su"}, "permission_style": "public", "type": "iframe", "species": ["human"], "name": "Freebase"}, {"rating_data": {"avg_stars": 0, "total": 0, "avg": 0}, "options": null, "popularity": 3.0, "description": "At 1DegreeBio we are establishing the first independent online resource aimed at building a comprehensive listing of all academic and commercially available antibodies.
