Our website is designed to provide freely available genetic data and bioinformatics services. Aim of our work is the identification of key regulatory genes and genetic networks directing cancer and liver disease development. We are continuously updating our data repository on the basis of novel disease entities. We are currently providing two databases, BlotBase and Library of Medical Genomics (LoMA). BlotBase provides a comprehensive database on published human and mouse northern blot results searchable by full text or list of available northern blots of a specific tissue. LoMA provides the complete current knowledge on genetic associations of several cancer and liver diseases, subject to a rapid expansion by further diseases.
