Plugin: Epigenomics Profiling

A genome isn't just an abstract sequence of nucleotides – it is a collection of DNA molecules packaged inside of our cells. Epigenetics connects the genome with its functional output. A variety of epigenetic marks have been described, ranging from DNA (such as DNA methylation) to histone modifications, which is able to affect the way that cell reads its genome and hence its transcriptional output.
