Dataset: Transcription profiling by array of bone marrow from adult mice

Adult Lis1+/+creER or Lis1f/fcreER mice were treated with tamoxifen for five consecutive days. Three days after the final tamoxifen administration, KLS (ckit+ Lin- Sca1+) bone marrow cells were FACS-sorted and total cellular RNAs were purified. RNAs were amplified, labeled, hybridized onto Affymetrix GeneChip Mouse Genome 430 2.0 Arrays and raw hybridization data were collected.
