Dataset: Transcription profiling by array of rat PC12 cells treated with CCK-8S for 2, 4, 8, and 16 hours

1 x 106 PC12-CCK-2R cells/100 mm or 1 x 106 PC12 cells/100 mm were seeded in DMEM containing 0.5% serum for 2 days before cells were untreated or treated with 200 nM CCK-8S for 2, 4, 8, and 16 hours. Total cellular RNA was isolated. Three independent series containing RNA from four 100 mm petri dishes were pooled to minimize differences in cell cultures and treatments.
