By using gene chip technology, we can screen esophageal cancer invasion associated genes to understand esophageal squamous carcinoma invasion related mechanisms. Using the Transwell invasion chamber technology to establish human esophageal squamous carcinoma Eca109 and Eca109 - T4 cell lines with different invasion ability. Extracting Eca109 and Eca109-T4 total RNA, reverse transcribed into cDNA probes which labeled with Cy5 and Cy3 fluorescence, then it were hybridized with the Affymetrix gene chip. Using the Genechip- Scanner 3000 scan hybridization signal, and using the SAM 3.0 software analysis and process data.
