We used microarrays to find differentrially expressed genes between tumorspheres, mammospheres, and mammospheres induced to differentiate Primary cells were isolate from either mouse mammary glands (FVB/N) or mouse mammary tumors and placed in stem cell media (MMTV-Neu [N2O2].
