Neural stem cells (NSCs) were transfected with pCMS-EGFP-HRasL61 and pBabe-neo by electroporation and cultured in 0.5 mg/ml neomycin. The GFP-positive stable NSCs (NSCL61s) were purified by flow cytometry.
